gtb99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and gtb99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using gtb99.app or any related services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

gtb99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Continued use of the Platform following any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To create an account and use gtb99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. gtb99 may request documentation to verify that you meet these requirements at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, nor have you been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling activities.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

gtb99 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, or where there is reason to believe that the information provided during registration is false, misleading or incomplete. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided and any balance forfeited.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on gtb99. Multiple accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own. You agree to:

• Provide true, current and complete information at registration and keep it updated at all times.
• Keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify gtb99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Not allow any other person, regardless of relationship, to access or use your account.

gtb99 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account if you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. The Platform may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when required by internal policy. Failure to complete KYC may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed to the satisfaction of gtb99.

All transactions on gtb99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gtb99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, Visa and Mastercard. gtb99 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The following transaction limits and processing times apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though gtb99 reserves the right to apply due-diligence checks on large deposits.
• Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

gtb99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. A withdrawal request may be declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account irregularity or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform will contact the account holder to request the necessary documentation.

From time to time, gtb99 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on gtb99:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as permitted by the specific bonus terms.
• gtb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing bonus balances will be honoured subject to the original promotion terms at the time the bonus was awarded.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing contradictory bets to hedge bonus wagering, or misrepresenting eligibility — will have their bonus balance and any associated winnings permanently voided. Their account may also be suspended.

Bonus promotions are only available to players with verified accounts in good standing. gtb99 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to specific player segments (e.g., new registrations, specific deposit tiers, or players from certain regions) at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gtb99. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. In serious cases, gtb99 may refer the matter to relevant authorities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account using false identity information.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability or malfunction to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating that undermines the integrity of games or betting markets.

gtb99 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, gtb99 may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. The burden of proving the legitimate nature of any transaction or activity rests with the player.

gtb99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings after login: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may be requested for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and gtb99 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit or otherwise exploit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of gtb99. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gtb99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if gtb99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. gtb99's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gtb99 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors or interruptions. The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. gtb99 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of content, or the outcomes of any game or bet. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss; by using the Platform you accept this risk in full.

gtb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including violation of the age restriction, multiple account registration or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion or other conduct that threatens the integrity of the Platform or its players.

gtb99 may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where practicable, we will notify registered users of significant changes via the contact details held on their account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
